Our Ecovil Compound
Concern for the environment, the reduction of resource and energy consumption and sustainability are essential needs for every human activity today.
ECOVIL is the family of PVC compound specifically developed by our research department with the aim of significantly reducing the environmental impact of our products.
We can offer a wide range of compounds in RECYCLED PVC, BIOBASED PVC and BIOATTRIBUTED PVC.
In 2025 TPV Compound became a licensee of the Plastica Seconda Vita sustainability brand for compounds containing recycled PVC (ECOVIL GRR) and for compounds made with by-products (ECOVIL GRT).


ECOVIL GRR
Rigid compounds certified Plastica Seconda Vita containing up to 90% recycled PVC.
The recycled material consists of Secondary Raw Materials (MPS) deriving from plastic waste recovery operations.
Available in white, ivory, grey, brown and green, the extrusion and co-extrusion of technical profiles for use in construction, furniture, household goods and other high added value applications are recommended.
Typical examples of use are profiles for roller shutters, electrical and air conditioning channels, rigid pipes, corrugated pipes, bumper profiles also for the cold sector.

ECOVIL GRT
Rigid compounds certified Second Life Plastic, containing up to 90% of by-products deriving from our industrial processes. Available only in dark grey and black, the extrusion and co-extrusion of non-visible technical profiles for construction and furniture are recommended.
Typical examples of use are reinforcement bars and underlayer profiles for co-extrusion.

ECOVIL P
Plasticised compounds containing by-products deriving from our industrial processes. Free from DEHP and heavy metals in compliance with the RoHS III Directive, they are suitable for molding articles for construction, gardening, agriculture and furniture. Available only in black. Also suitable for the extrusion of substrates for multilayer panels and coextruded pipes.
ECOVIL BIOBASED
Plasticizing compounds formulated using raw materials derived from renewable resources. Depending on the characteristics required, they can be certified OK TUV Biobased One Star, with a BCC content – Biobased Carbon Content – of up to 40%, or OK TUV Two Stars, with a BCC content of up to 60%. Available in various colors depending on the needs, also compliant with food contact if required.
ECOVIL BIOATTRIBUTED
Compounds made using bioattributed polyvinyl chloride made by ISCC+ certified producers. Bioattributed PVC resin is derived from ethylene synthesized in cracking reactors fueled, in part, by biomass that replaces raw materials of fossil origin. The polymer resin obtained retains all the physical, chemical and mechanical characteristics of polyvinyl chloride obtained entirely from ethylene from fossil sources. Available in all colors and for all applications of PVC currently in use.
