Report Management – Whistleblowing
The whistleblowing report management process is an integral part of our Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
In compliance with the Whistleblowing legislation (Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023), TPV Compound has implemented an anonymous IT platform that protects the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and adopts appropriate information security measures.
Through the platform, you can:
- submit a report;
- modify or update a submitted report;
- receive feedback on the follow-up given to the report.
The portal is dedicated to the following types of reports:
- violations of TPV Compound’s Model 231 and the procedures implementing the Code of Ethics and/or internal company regulations;
- administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offenses;
- relevant unlawful conduct pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001;
- offenses falling within the scope of European Union acts and the national provisions implementing them; acts or omissions that harm the financial interests of the European Union;
- acts or omissions affecting the internal market (e.g., violations of competition and state aid);
- acts or behaviors that frustrate the object or purpose of the provisions of European Union acts.
Reports must concern facts of which the reporting party is aware, and the reporting party has reasonable grounds to believe that the information reported is true at the time of reporting.
Furthermore, reports must be made promptly after becoming aware of the facts, so as to make it possible to effectively verify them.
The Whistleblowing portal is not intended for emergency reports relating to Health, Safety, and the Environment.
Furthermore, it is not intended for disputes, claims, or requests related to the reporting party’s personal interests or complaints of a commercial nature.
Please note that for all types of reports, including those not covered by whistleblowing legislation, existing reporting channels remain available (verbally, by email, in writing, or via the company database).
