TPV Compound, European leader in PVC compounds, has launched a new matting color Master, which manages to give the PVC a smooth and flawless finish.
This color solution solves the problem that to produce opaque colors are required charged products or a satin mold. With the new color master for PVC you can use the molds in use, saving costs and maintaining full flexibility in production lines that do not have to be prepared to obtain a matte and smooth finish. Even non-charged products can be made opaque and this makes it possible to use very light PVCs with a smooth final aesthetic appearance.
The new compounds are available for both molding and extrusion and have the great advantage of being both flexible and rigid. The most requested applications are in the design, automotive, sports and construction sectors.
